Jesse James' ex-wife, porn star Janine Lindemulder, lost a custody battle over their 5-year-old daughter Sunny, who has been raised by James and wife Sandra Bullock since January.

Lindemulder, 39, was denied her request for "expanded visitation rights" in a California court on Monday following her claim that Bullock has prevented her from seeing her daughter, the Los Angeles Times reports.

Bullock, 45, has been helping James, 40, raise Sunny for the past year while the adult film actress was in prison for tax evasion. She served six months in jail and was released in July.

In court papers, James said he was determined not to let his ex-wife gain custody of their daughter because he feared Sunny would be introduced to a dangerous world if she lived with her mother.

Before Lindemulder was sentenced, Bullock also wrote a letter to the judge and claimed that the child was left alone during the day while the porn star was "asleep from drug use."

"I am aware that Janine has claimed many times that my desire to have [the girl], was because I could not have children of my own [James has three kids with his first wife, Karla]," Bullock says, adding, "that couldn't be farther from the truth."

According to court documents, Lindemulder's weekly visitation rights are now limited to daytime hours.

She asked Orange County Superior Court Commissioner Thomas Schulte to expand her visitation to include overnight stays, but the request was denied. She was, however, reportedly granted one overnight visit with her daughter on Christmas Eve, despite objections from James and Bullock.

What began as a scheduling snafu for Perez Hilton on KTLA's Morning Show has quickly escalated into a full blown battle.

Hilton and KTLA anchor Sam Rubin offer differing accounts of what prompted the gossip blogger to leave the studio before his scheduled appearance Monday. Hilton tweeted the saga throughout the morning Monday, culminating in his request for an "on-air apology/retraction".

Anchor Sam Rubin had his response for Hilton on Tuesday's show, and it was not quite the apology Hilton was hoping for:

Perez said we lied about what happened here, and he demanded a retraction...Well demand this you talentless dope, here is what really happened.
Sam goes on with his venomous "deposition," detailing his version of the events. According to Rubin, Perez was booked for a 9:20AM slot on the morning show, but his staff had him arriving at 8AM. The earlier slots on the show were taken by the unlikely combination of Snoop Dogg and a children's choir, so moving him up was not an option. Upon finding out he was scheduled an hour later, Hilton decided he could not wait, as he needed to tend to his blog. KTLA offered him an office in which to work, Hilton instead offered to make an appearance via Skype.

Rubin concluded his comments on a poetic note:

The KTLA Morning News and yours truly have been here long before Perez Hilton upchucked his way on to the scene, and we will be here long after he slithers away.

Recap: I work at a theme park where you can "ride the movies" as a character photographer. Today's assignment: an ogre, an ass, and a feisty redhead (think about it... XD). The set up is a barn that has a fence around it, and you come in THROUGH THE DESIGNATED CUE (important later) and meet the characters, then you exit the other side. In and out. Easy concept!

Both of my sucks involve a tour group from South America. We get these groups a lot from different parts of South America, and we have a lot of problems with them because they're mostly 14-16 year-olds with sticky fingers since most of them don't have parents or chaporones with them. The groups with supervision are easier to work with, even with the language barrier. We had two of these groups today. One group was good. Did their thing and went on their way. But the group in question... lets just say our characters played statues when they were walking by...

I have NOTHING against South America. I get a LOT of AWESOME families from there. It's just the tour groups of teenagers. I just don't like snobby, sticky-fingered teenagers. I get the same feeling from the grad-night kids coming in. XD

After going the concept route -- or at least making a linear work on 'The Black Parade' -- My Chemical Romance are going in another direction on their forthcoming album, due early next year. Spinner visited the group in their L.A. studio to get an early preview and we were left suitably blown away by the nine very disparate songs we got to hear. The tracks ranged from the atmospheric 'Light Before Your Eyes,' a song frontman Gerard Way describes as Pink Floyd-ish, to the '80s-flavored 'Trans Am' and the punk/dance party tune, 'Death Before Disco,' which starts off with a Judas Priest 'Living After Midnight' vibe and turns into a lyrical salute to the Stooges, Velvet Underground and MC5.

Is Robert Pattinson's sex appeal so utterly overwhelming that he's capable of destroying relationships just by co-starring with someone?

The New York Post reports that Uma Thurman, who's scheduled to share the screen with Pattinson in the upcoming romance flick Bel Ami, has split up with her fiancé, hedge fund manager Arki Busson, making Busson the latest in a long line of victims of what many (okay, so far, "we") are calling The R-Pattz Co-Star Curse.

The earliest recorded instance of The R-Pattz Co-Star Curse (copyright pending) occurred early this year, when Gentlemen Broncos actor Michael Angarano, who had been dating Pattinson's Twilight co-star Kristen Stewart, suddenly disappeared from Stewart's life with the swiftness and completeness of a Soviet dissident.

But this was just the beginning of R-Pattz's relationship-wrecking streak. Back in June, as she prepared to film the romantic comedy Remember Me with Pattinson, Lost star Emilie de Ravin announced that she was parting ways with her husband of three years, December Ends thesp Josh Janowicz. And thus, a pattern emerged.

And now, with Uma Thurman's breakup, The R-Pattz Co-Star Curse has reached out to crush yet another formerly happy relationship.

If we were The Wrestler director Darren Aranofsky—who's engaged (for now anyway) to Rachel Weisz, who'll be co-starring with Pattinson in the upcoming historical drama Unbound Captives—we'd be pretty worried right now.

Then again, given that Aranofsky is currently preparing to film an angry, aggressive sex scene between Natalie Portman and Mila Kunis, he might have already mentally checked out of that relationship.

Nicholas Cage's financial and legal nightmare continues to grow.

Christina Fulton, mother of Cage's eldest child Weston, 18, is suing the actor for fraud and breach of contract, alleging she's been caught in the web of his financial mismanagement and is now more than $1.2 million in debt herself, Los Angeles court papers show.

Cage stated in an October lawsuit he faces financial ruin after allegedly being duped by a former accountant, Samuel Levin. The actor currently owes $6.3 million in back taxes, recently defaulted on a $2 million loan, and has begun a massive sell-off of homes, cars, yachts and other possessions to recoup his losses.

Fulton, 42, a former actress, says she was provided an L.A. home years ago by Cage in exchange for raising Weston, and believed the property was under her name. That is until September, when Cage allegedly served her with a 60-day notice to get out.

Fulton says that because of Cage and Levin's negligence, she now owes the IRS more than $1 million, in addition to $250,000 in unpaid credit card debt. She says the credit card was supposed to be paid off regularly by Cage and that fraudulent charges were racked up by a staffer hired by the actor who didn't undergo a sufficient background check.

All told, Fulton says damages to her exceed $13 million.

Levin, the accountant, has countersued Cage, stating the actor's financial collapse was due to his "compulsive, self-destructive spending."

A rep and lawyer for Cage weren't immediately available for comment.

This news surfaced months after she left her long time label Irv Gotti’s The Inc. Records. It’s been a long 8-year run with the label but Ashanti is ready to take a more independent approach to her career.

Since Ashanti last galloped down the yellow brick road her list of titles just continues to grow. Sources behind the hit TV shows Ugly Betty and It’s On with Alexa Chung have said that Ashanti has signed a development deal with Reveille LLC for her own reality show. Although term and conditions are still underway, it is certain that she will not only appear on a few of the shows episodes but she will also work behind the scenes mastermining the whole operation.

“I’m excited about the opportunity to be working with Reveille LLC, one of the TV industry’s heavyweights, said Ashanti. “…I cant wait to begin production.”

Is Ashanti throwing down her mic for a chance at reality? Not so fast. The 29-year-old has been hard at work on her fifth studio album expected to be released under her own company next year. Branching out in so many directions could Ashanti be the next Oprah or Tyra? Stay tuned.

I spent a day recently driving around some of my old haunts in Hollywood. I drove by an old house of mine where I used to have a bunch of parties. At one of those shindigs, I invited the guys from NWA up. I was completely into rap at that time...mesmerized by it, really. That being said, here is a period iPod list:

N.W.A. Anything off of Straight Outta Compton: Living in LA back in the late '80s, I couldn't help but be exposed to all of the Blood and Crip gang violence. NWA were storytellers and painted a pretty graphic and grim picture...the din of the urban streets finally had a hook.

Ice T, "6 in the Mornin'" (Power): I think this whole record is pretty stellar and definitely groundbreaking for its time. "6 in the Mornin'" takes the listener deep into the bowels of the sheer terror that must have been a reality for certain sorts in South Central LA.

Dr Dre, "Nuthin' But a 'G' Thang" (The Chronic): Dre was the one in my eye at least, that bridged the gap between old-school rap and modern hip-hop. He is a visionary dude who is just too damn cool!

Despite having six kids of their own, it’s now been revealed that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have seven more hidden away.

Angelina’s recent tour of an orphanage in the Middle East made some of her fans think she planned to adopt, but the Enquirer has learned the 34-year old actress supports seven kids there who have never experienced a home of their own.

“Angelina considers the orphans as her own family,” says a worker at the SOS Children’s Village in Amman, Jordan. “She stays in touch with them and really cares about how they’re doing. She and Brad both feel this is a way they can help many more children.”

The glamorous couple already have six mouths to feed; Maddox, 8, who came from Cambodia, Six-year old Pax who is from Vietnam, Zahara, aged 4, born in Ethiopia, and their own biological offspring, Shiloh, age 3, and Knox and Vivienne, who are both 16-months.

But apparently that’s not enough – Angelina then became guardian to the three girls and four boys in 2003, and has been quietly supporting their food, clothing and educational needs for six years – all in secret. And the visit soon proved her motive is purely those kids;

“Angelina just wanted to play with the children and have fun,” SOS worker, Aysha Shahin told the press. “She spent time with the family and spoke to their foster mother, Fatima. Some of our teenagers came back from University to see her and she was giving them advice about life and school.”

Ms. Jolie was introduced to the home by Queen Noor Al Hussein of Jordan, who is an Ambassador for the charity that runs the whole place. And it seems like a long-term connection.

“Angelina will definitely support us by visiting again, possibly even sponsoring a house which will pay the children’s expenses,” says Aysha. “She’s a sweetheart, and one of our greatest supporters.”

Lindsay Lohan jetted from Los Angeles to India on Monday night to shoot a hard-hitting new documentary about sex trafficking.

The actress will spend a week in various areas of India shooting a low-key BBC investigation about the trafficking of women and children in the country.

A source tells Life & Style magazine, "Lindsay is trying to better herself and get away from her party-girl image. She wants to be taken more seriously."

Lindsay plans to continue her good deeds when she returns home next week - she's planning a trip to select Los Angeles children’s hospitals, where she'll play Santa and hand out toys to sick kids.

Rivers Cuomo, the lead singer of Weezer, is making significant improvements on his health after puncturing his lung and damaging his spleen in a freak bus accident over the weekend.

Cuomo "went from being barely able to talk and open his eyes yesterday to partially sitting up, talking clearly, reading books and checking the internet," this according to the band's official website.

According to the site, Rivers' blood pressure has stabilized, his spleen is "no longer leaking" and his lung is "gaining strength."

Today's big test: Whether he can stand up. If so, he could be out of the hospital "pretty soon."
